She is a trained Yoga and mindfulness teacher, who blends Western Psychology and Eastern spiritual practices in her therapy approach.

Our Hart therapist creates a warm, caring, empathetic, and collaborative environment that fosters self-connection and relationship satisfaction and health. She supports clients in navigating transitions and overcoming relationship challenges, to improve their relationships with their partners, family, friends, colleagues, and oneself. She recognises the importance of enhancing communication skills, to encourage self-awareness, compassion, resilience, responsiveness, security, flexibility and intimacy.

She believes the quality of our relationships impacts our lives. She uses a range of therapy approaches to help her clients flourish in loving and long-lasting relationships, understanding that secure attachment bonds have positive effects on mental health, neurobiology and the immune system. She uses a non-pathologizing approach to promote healthy emotional experiences.

The primary modalities that she uses are Person-Centred care, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally focused therapy, Play therapy, Gottman therapy techniques, Mindfulness, Compassionate Inquiry, and aspects of Acceptance Commitment Therapy. She has experience working with mood and anxiety disorders, burnout, eating disorders, psychotic disorders, personality deviations, and autistic and other neurodivergent people. She integrates evidence-based strategies to help clients with their emotional and cognitive health, life satisfaction, emotional security, flexibility and self-awareness.

In her free time, she enjoys marathon running, cycling, teaching Yoga, tramping at National parks, and creating nourishing plant-based meals for her family and friends.
