How many years counselling experience do you have?

Approximately 10 years as a Clinical Psyhologist.

What are three strengths you have as a Psychologist/Counsellor?
    1. accepting
    2. warm
    3. empathic
What is the most satisfying and fulfilling part of the work you do?

I love my work as I feel so privileged to be able to support couples/individuals who are vulnerable, yet who are willing to trust me with their vulnerability so that, with the necessary skills, I can guide and support them to make wise choices to enable them to live the life that they want, and the life that they deserve.

What’s an example of a couple you have helped the most?

Generally the way I feel that I help couples the most is by helping them develop self-awareness. Self awareness of how their thoughts and their behaviour affect themselves and their partner. I enjoy helping them explore these thoughts and behaviours in a non-judging and accepting way, and support them to be able to modify the thoughts and behaviours that are not helpful, in order for them to be happier in their relationship.
