This Hart Registered Psychologist specialises in couples’ therapy (with a focus on LGBTQIA+ and diverse relationship structures), mood disorders, trauma, and coping with physical illness. She has advanced training in emotionally focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, schema therapy, EMDR, and professional coaching.
She understands and respects the strength it takes to do psychological work. She believes individuals do the best they can with the skills and learning they have.
