Adrian is a registered clinical psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University and a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Sydney. He is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA) and has worked across public, private, and research settings, gaining broad experience in the field.
At the heart of Adrian’s work is a simple philosophy: human first, psychologist second. His therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy.
