Amy adopts an integrative approach to couples therapy, utilising a range of methodologies such as neurobiologically informed couples therapy, psychodynamic approaches, attachment theories, Gottman methods, emotionally focused couples therapy, and relational life therapy.

Amy is a Masters of Couples Counselling student in her final year of study at Swinburne University and Relationships Australia. Amy is well-prepared to guide couples towards healthier and more fulfilling relationships. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and a certificate IV in mental health, providing a solid foundation in understanding and addressing complex relational dynamics.
