Ana is a qualified Counsellor who has obtained a Masters in Psychology. She will encourage you to achieve your goals and will be there on the side-lines to cheer you on. Ana believes that there is no need to do it alone and that she will be there to walk alongside you.
Ana is experienced in working with clients dealing with stress, burn out, work harassment, depression, anxiety, lack of motivation, low self-worth and relationship and family breakdowns.
Ana works with adults, couples and teenagers. She creates a positive and honest relationship with her clients in order for them to achieve their goals. Ana motivates her clients and helps them through difficult situations. She is aware that asking for help is not easy, but it is the first step towards positive change.
Each session with Ana is tailored to meet her clients’ personal therapeutic needs. She incorporates many contemporary models of counselling into her practice, including: Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Ana uses an integrated, client-centered approach, and is skilled at helping her clients address a variety of issues.
