Ana is a qualified Counsellor who has obtained a Masters in Psychology. She will encourage you to achieve your goals and will be there on the side-lines to cheer you on. She believes that there is no need to do it alone and she will be there to walk alongside you.
<ol> <li>Open minded: It is confronting to come and to talk to someone about challenges that we are facing, but it is a safe place where everyone should feel free to talk about anything.</li> <li>Good communication skills: I always make sure to understand properly what the needs are by rephrasing with different words. I also explain what techniques.</li> <li>Empathic: I work in a warm environment to help my clients feel at ease from the beginning for our journey together.</li> </ol>
It is really rewarding to see my clients getting better, understanding what their challenges were and giving them the tools they need to make changes in their lives.
One couple came to me because they were arguing a lot and they were talking to each other in a passive-aggressive way. During the session we worked on how it started and why.
They got caught up in life, between work, kids they took their relationship for granted and they stopped nourished it. So, we worked on getting them the reconnection they needed, being grateful to have each other in their lives but also on getting better at communicating their needs.
After a few months working with me, they felt much better and are together in love as at their early days.
