What are three strengths you have as a Psychologist/Counsellor?
    1. Open minded: It is confronting to come and to talk to someone about challenges that we are facing, but it is a safe place where everyone should feel free to talk about anything.
    2. Good communication skills: I always make sure to understand properly what the needs are by rephrasing with different words. I also explain what techniques.
    3. Empathic: I work in a warm environment to help  my clients feel at ease  from the beginning for our journey together.
What is the most satisfying and fulfilling part of the work you do?

It is really rewarding to see my clients getting better, understanding what their challenges were and giving them the tools they need to make changes in their lives.

What’s an example of a couple you have helped the most?

One couple came to me because they were arguing a lot and they were talking to each other in a passive-aggressive way. During the session we worked on how it started and why.

They got caught up in life, between work, kids they took their relationship for granted and they stopped nourished it. So, we worked on getting them the reconnection they needed, being grateful to have each other in their lives but also on getting better at communicating their needs.

After a few months working with me, they felt much better and are together in love as at their early days.
