  • The most satisfying part of my work is witnessing the moment when things start to shift, when clients move from feeling stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected, to gaining clarity, insight, and a sense of direction.

I find it incredibly fulfilling to help couples truly hear each other again. Often, beneath conflict is a desire to feel seen, valued, and understood. When that begins to happen, even in small ways, it can change the entire dynamic of a relationship.

I also deeply value supporting people through difficult transitions. Whether a couple is working to rebuild their relationship or navigating separation with respect and care, being able to hold that space with honesty and compassion is meaningful to me.

At the heart of it, I love helping people feel less alone in what they’re going through and guiding them toward healthier, more aligned ways of relating, both to each other and to themselves.

  • One of the most meaningful pieces of work I’ve been part of was supporting a couple who came to therapy following the discovery of an affair. At that point, they had already separated and were unsure whether the relationship could be repaired.

Rather than rushing into decisions, we worked together to create a structured and respectful “healing separation.” This gave both partners the space to process the betrayal, regulate their emotions, and gain clarity, individually and within the relationship.

Through this process, we explored the deeper dynamics that had existed prior to the affair, including unmet needs, communication breakdowns, and emotional disconnection. Both partners engaged in the work with honesty and accountability, which was key to rebuilding trust.

Over time, they were able to reconnect in a more intentional way, developing stronger communication, clearer boundaries, and a deeper understanding of each other. They ultimately chose to rebuild their relationship, not by returning to how things were, but by creating something new, more secure, more open, and more fulfilling.

This kind of work is incredibly rewarding, as it highlights that even in the most painful circumstances, meaningful repair and growth are possible when both people are willing to engage in the process.
