More about Annie

What is the most satisfying and fulfilling part of the work you do?

Developing a deeper and more unique connection with people, where I can assist them in understanding themselves and their partners better. I feel so satisfied when I hear that my clients are happier and more emotionally connected to their partner and/or loved ones.

What’s an example of a couple you have helped the most?

A couple who initially came to therapy seeking help with communication in times of conflict. I provided psycho-education, explored their family of origin dynamics, and utilised attachment based interventions. By creating a safe and balanced space for them, they were able to explore their connection more deeply.

As a result, the couple reported increased vulnerability, a stronger sense of closeness, and greater support for one another.
