More About Belinda

    • Creating space where clients feel safe to open up and be vulnerable, and do the work to move towards a healthier relationship.
    • A holistic consideration of the impact of all the factors contribution to where the relationship is now – like life pressures, culture, family, experience, and values and dreams.
    • Helping couples develop new communication and conflict management skills so that tension is reduced, and so that closeness is built.
  • I am so fulfilled seeing people get to a place in their relationship that feels new – where it is satisfying and supportive, and connected, and then it is so satisfying to see them have the energy and skills to start changing other relationships in their lives, for the better, based on the work we have done together.

  • I have worked with many couples who come to me after a rupture in their relationship – perhaps a period of time where one or both has felt significantly let down by the other, or there has been an affair, or they have grown apart over time, and we have worked through the hurt, and we have built something new, and close, and connected, and supportive, and when they feel solid in that they then start to look at their relationships with their children, parents, family members, or friends, and start to make changes in those relationships so that they also feel more positive.
