About Bronwyn

Bronwyn offers a compassionate, client-centered approach to relationship counselling. She works with individuals and people in relationships of all types, supporting them through relational challenges, sexual concerns, and complex histories. Bronwyn is passionate about helping people strengthen emotional and physical connections by exploring intimacy, communication, and sexual satisfaction, while understanding each person’s unique needs, desires, and personal history.

A key focus of Bronwyn’s work is helping clients cultivate authentic and nourishing relationships with themselves and others. Her practice is inclusive and affirming of diverse identities and experiences, creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their inner worlds, identify patterns, and build greater self-awareness and choice. With years of experience working with trauma and complex mental health issues, Bronwyn is well-equipped to support clients on their journey toward healing and growth.

Bronwyn’s therapy is grounded in relational and somatic, bottom-up approaches, which value the importance of emotions, sensations, and body awareness in shaping relationship dynamics. This allows people in relationships to engage more deeply in their experiences, fostering greater emotional attunement and presence.

More about Bronwyn

How many years counselling experience do you have?

10+

What are three strengths you have as a Psychologist/Counsellor?
  1. Building a therapeutic relationship, non judgmental.
  2. Clinical knowledge and humanistic approach combined.
  3. Being able to work with diverse and broad range of demographics and issues.
What is the most satisfying and fulfilling part of the work you do?

Being able to be present with clients with their life and offering support. The privilege of connection in vulnerable moments.

What’s an example of a couple you have helped the most?

I have worked with people who have struggled with different experiences. There is no one particular couple or person, but what stands out is when they have come to sessions with low self esteem and shame and after time they shift some of these beliefs and can start to offer the self compassion and care to themselves that we have worked on in sessions. This can be seen in the ways they relate to people in their lives, each other and themselves.
