Supporting people through the lense of compassion and knowledge in order to rebuild themselves as they navigate complex situations. Minimising and managing conflict and abuse cycles with less inflammation, and establishing healthy boundaries in order to protect themselves from further abuse. Self-care practices are a focus and critical, in order to reduce stress and allow capacity to navigate complexity. The focus of these areas supports people to feel more empowered as they navigate their individual experience.
