    Carole has been practicing as a psychologist for over 12 years. During this time, she has developed a passion for working with couples and families as she believes these relationships can be central to the well being and health of individuals. Carole has many years experience working with couples of all ages and all stages of their relationship, including; singles and early dating couples looking to create a healthy and fulfilling relationship, pre-marital counselling, couples bringing children to their family, couples addressing the impact of early childhood abuse and family of origin difficulties on their current relationship, couples looking to amicably separate/divorce and co-parent, to name a few.

    Carole commonly works with couples on identifying and understanding the problems in their relationships, improving listening and communication, overcoming an affair, effective conflict resolution, building commitment and trust, exploring and fulfilling your shared dreams and life goals , understanding reoccurring problems with your partner, strengthening your relationship and fulfilment, and resolving and repairing past fights and hurt

    Carole’s clients find her to be warm, compassionate, accepting, and understanding and that her wealth of experience and support is incredibly helpful to addressing their concerns and meeting their goals for their relationship. Carole is trained in evidence based relationship therapy, such as the techniques and research taught by the Gottman Institute, as well as utilising techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Committment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology & Neuropsychotherapy.

    Carole will work collaboratively with you to achieve your goals and skill you with the confidence, knowledge and strategies you need to address your relationship concerns and improve intimacy, fulfillment and happiness in any relationship.
