Catherine considers it a privilege to support people through some of the most important and challenging times in their lives. She is deeply committed to helping individuals and couples build stronger, more meaningful connections.
Many people seek therapy due to anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship difficulties. These challenges are often interconnected. Catherine helps clients understand their inner emotional world and develop practical skills to respond more calmly and constructively.
Her approach goes beyond simply managing problems — she supports clients to grow, both individually and within their relationships.
Catherine works with clients experiencing:
- Communication breakdowns and conflict
- Loss of trust or infidelity
- Life stress (children, work, finances, illness)
- Sexual difficulties and intimacy concerns
- Trauma, anxiety, depression, or addiction
She also offers support for pre-marriage counselling, anger management, narcissism, and pornography addiction.
Catherine brings over 20 years of experience and integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) into her work, providing a compassionate, structured, and deeply effective approach.
Having grown up in Switzerland and studied in Germany, Catherine also offers therapy in German.
