Felicity will work with you to identify your unique strengths both as individuals and as a couple and will support you to develop skills, tools and processes that will help you get ‘unstuck’, move through ‘gridlock’ and out of habitual patterns of behaviour that bog you and the relationship down.
Felicity draws from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including: Gottman Therapy; Ellyn Bader’s Developmental Model of Couples Therapy; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy; Internal Family Systems (‘Parts’ therapy); Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction; Emotionally Focused Therapy and Cognitive Based Therapy. She bases all her work on the premise of openness, acceptance and loving-kindness to oneself and others.
