Fiona is an experienced counsellor, having run her private practice since 2009 and teaching the Diploma of Counselling since 2014.
Fiona brings with her the ability to hold the space with empathy, genuine care and positive regard.
Fiona believes that counselling is a collaborative process; she provides a safe space for individuals and couples to express themselves honestly, from a healing and therapeutic perspective.
Her style is warm and interactive. She believes in treating everyone with dignity, respective, sensitivity and compassion and does not believe in using stigmatising labels or pathologising natural life experiences.
