Child and adult attachments with a focus on unresolved issues (trauma). I use in couples/family therapy and working with addictive traits and personalities. I also do a lot of work in grief loss and bereavement, and with people who are stuck in their relationships (generativity and stagnation).

As registered level 4 member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and Clinical level with Psychotherapy and Counselling Association of Australia (PACFA) Frieda supports clients with a range of life issues that people struggle with.
