Hamish holds a Bachelor of Counselling from the University of Notre Dame, Fremantle, and his approach is informed by Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Attachment Theory, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Compassion Focused Therapies, Gottman Method, and mindfulness-based practices.
Hamish works with both adults and young people from diverse backgrounds, gender expressions and life experiences, and aims to build a therapeutic relationship upon trust, honesty, commitment and compassion.
