Jedrek is a registered Clinical Psychologist, who supports couples and individuals from diverse walks of life and cultural backgrounds. He offers a grounded and compassionate approach to therapy, aiming to create a space with his clients in which they can explore their own complexities, piece together their own narratives, and directly address their problems.

Connecting personally with individuals by getting to know them well, and helping them understand and confront the problems that prevent them from being fulfilled.
I once worked with a couple who wanted to attend therapy to see if they were “compatible” as a couple, as they were contemplating getting married and having kids, and had a few issues to resolve between themselves. I helped them see that their differences were based in personality and attachment styles, and that being different from your partner does not necessarily mean being incompatible with them.
They reported finding the therapy sincerely helpful and beneficial, and went on to have a family together.
