More About Jenna

  • I work by creating a warm, safe, and attuned space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. My approach keeps the broader context in mind—relationship patterns, family dynamics, life stage, and the systems that shape how people relate to one another. I also enjoy working creatively and collaboratively, helping clients explore new perspectives and find pathways forward that feel authentic, practical, and supportive of meaningful change.

  • Over 14 years.

  • The most satisfying and fulfilling part of my work is being able to support someone as they explore vulnerable experiences in a way that feels safe and held. I find it deeply meaningful to witness clients build insight, connect the dots in their own stories, and access strengths they didn’t always realise they had. It’s also incredibly rewarding to see relational intimacy deepen—both in the relationship they have with themselves and in the connections they build with others.

  • One example of a couple I’ve helped involved partners who initially came to therapy considering divorce. Through our work, they were able to explore their underlying emotions, communicate more openly, and rebuild trust and understanding. Over time, they developed greater emotional intimacy and a sense of safe vulnerability with each other, which strengthened their connection and ultimately supported them in deciding to start a family.
