More About Jenny

    • Non-judgemental/compassionate
    • Warm
    • I have a depth of life experience with a long term marriage and raising children in a busy family
  • Over 10 years.

  • Couples who see me say they feel truly supported, and are grateful for the new skills and tools they have learned, which have helped foster a deeper connection between them. This allows them to have transparent and honest conversations, expressing their needs in a safe environment that I help support them with.  Observing my clients’ newly acquired communication skills in action, and witnessing the positive impact it has on their families and all aspects of their lives, fills me with a profound sense of awe and gratitude for being able to help in my own way.

  • I worked with a couple who were ‘silently separated’. They had totally lost their connection and could not find a safe way to communicate how they were feeling. This led them to turn away from each other and neither were getting their needs fulfilled.

Their sessions with me helped remind them of their shared values and they started noticing all of the things going really well in their relationship/family. We carefully and slowly opened up a safe space for them to sensitively share their feelings of resentment, abandonment and guilt, over issues they had lived through and never really discussed. As the conversations continued over time, the couple became highly skilled in communicating in a safe and transparent way, by showing up and truly listening to each other on what they needed.

It has been a true pleasure witnessing a relationship they deemed ‘broken’, transform into a completely flourishing relationship with newly found strength and hope. Every thing is possible with the willingness to try something different I think!
