More About Leo

  • Over 16+ Years

  • I love getting to know people from all walks of life, nationwide. Supporting and guiding change and transformation is rich and rewarding.

  • A  couple were experiencing tremendous challenge in their relationship on numerous levels, such as housing, employment finances, children, extended family and workplace stressors.
Due to an event out of his control, he had been suspended on full pay and was not only struggling with the disconnection from his source of friendships and collegiality, but also the absence of employment and structure of a role of 20 years. This role had also resulted in ongoing traumatisation which now came to a head.

I worked with the couple to provide relationship support, communication and conflict skills development, while assisting each of them individually with the above challenges over several years. The end result was he was not able to stay in his role, but was able to attain a workplace injury pension and both are now building their own successful small businesses and building their dream home together in another town.
