Mandy is registered with the Australian Counselling Association and supports adolescents, adults and couples with a vast array of concerns. As a counsellor in an educational setting for many years, she has experience and understanding particularly of adolescents.
Mandy’s calm and authentic manner helps clients feel comfortable and inspired to move from a place of ‘stuckness’ to one of greater clarity, strength and action. Through deep listening and insight she supports clients to gain greater self awareness and clarity around issues of concern. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness based therapy, Positive psychology, NLP, Transpersonal counselling and Life coaching techniques.
