Matt is a warm and friendly couples and family counsellor. He has had over decades of experience working with individuals, couples and families experiencing a range of life stage challenges and crises.
Matt has had direct experience working in post separation, family, and domestic violence. He has worked extensively in mental health and has a thorough understanding of the mental health system. He helps couples and families with general issues such as parenting, adolescence, divorce / separation, and grief and loss. He also specialises in interpersonal and couple conflict, affairs and long standing, and seemingly entrenched relationship difficulties.
He brings openness and positivity to his work, with the aim of activating optimism and hope.
He is diligent in keeping his skills and knowledge up to date and ensures he receives regular supervision and feedback about his work.
