    This Hart therapist is a Psychotherapist, Counsellor and has trained in EMDR therapy. She provides Psychotherapy and Counselling services for individuals and couples. She is a warm and competent professional who welcomes diversity in all its wonderful forms and provides a safe and inclusive space for her clients.

    This Hart therapist enjoys working with couples who might be in a committed relationship that has lost its way or a relationship recovering from infidelity or if their old patterns of interactions are no longer serving them.

    Her practice is trauma-informed and provides clients with skills to explore their individual and shared stories, uncover blockages and habits that prevent them from achieving an authentic loving relationship and rekindle connection and intimacy.

    She aims to support clients to improve their coping and communication skills and understanding of their needs and help them discover ways to grow together in a healthy relationship.

    Her areas of expertise in working with couples include Relationship Breakdown, Post-separation, Communication Skills, Infidelity related issues, Anxiety, Grief and Loss and LGBTQI+ counselling.

    She has extensive experience as a relationship and trauma counsellor, and has previously worked at Relationships Australia Tasmania and Relationships Australia Queensland. Currently, she also works at Sexual Assault Support Service along with running her private practice. She has experience working with family and relationship counselling, victims of crime counselling, redress counselling support and employee assistance counselling.

    She received her Honours in Psychology and completed her Masters in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Western Sydney University. She is a clinical member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).

    This Hart therapist can also provide counselling in Hindi.
