Priscila is a warm, culturally attuned Registered Counsellor who brings over 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families both in Brazil and Australia. She specialises in helping clients navigate relationship challenges—such as communication barriers, power struggles, parenting conflicts, infidelity, and emotional disconnection—by drawing on her certified Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) training to cultivate deeper emotional bonds and secure attachment.
Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Priscila provides a culturally sensitive therapeutic space, particularly for immigrant and multicultural families. She tailors her practice using evidence-based modalities—Client-Centred Therapy, CBT, EFT, and psychoeducation—helping clients build resilience, self-awareness, and practical tools for everyday challenges.
With a background that includes hospital, community service, and early-childhood education settings, Priscila brings both clinical rigor and interpersonal warmth to her work. Beyond her couples-focused counselling, she supports clients through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and relational stresses—with a collaborative, strengths-based style that helps individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.
Priscila is also the facilitator of “The Good Enough Parent” support group for overseas mothers, recognising the unique emotional and cultural challenges of parenting away from home.
She holds in-person sessions in Mona Vale and offers telehealth consultations, delivering compassionate, multilingual, and culturally informed care to clients at all stages of life.
