Using an integrative approach, Priscilla combines body-based techniques with evidence-based mental well-being strategies to support her clients in achieving greater emotional balance and connection. Her work is deeply rooted in understanding developmental trauma and the nervous system, helping individuals and couples regulate, heal, and build resilience. This focus fosters meaningful relationships and a deeper sense of self-awareness. Priscilla specializes in couples relationships, interpersonal communication, emotion regulation, anxiety and stress management, and imposter syndrome.
Beyond her professional expertise, Priscilla embraces creativity, play, and rest as essential aspects of a well-rounded life. As a devoted mother to a curious and vibrant three-year-old boy, she understands the complexities of balancing personal growth, relationships, and everyday demands.
Priscilla holds a Bachelor of Social Science and a Diploma of Counselling and has additional training in Yoga Teaching and Somatic Attachment Therapy. She is also trained in The Gottman Method for Couples Counselling and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), equipping her with a diverse range of tools to support individuals and couples on their journey toward connection and emotional well-being.
