Rebecca is a compassionate and deeply experienced psychologist based at Mona Vale and online. With more than ten years in the mental health field, she brings a uniquely integrative approach that blends evidence-based therapies with explorative modalities to meet each client’s individual needs. Her training includes CBT‑E, ACT, DBT, AFT, IFS, and FBT—allowing her to tailor treatment to complex presentations such as trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, and adolescent distress.
Rebecca began her career in non-governmental settings supporting people with psychotic and psychosocial disabilities, later specialising in eating disorders and trauma. She prioritizes creating a neurodiversity-affirming, gender-affirming, and Health‑At‑Every‑Size (HAES) therapy space where authenticity, self-compassion, and hope are central.
She is known for her calm, thoughtful, and strengths-based presence, encouraging clients to reclaim their voice and agency. Rebecca works collaboratively—helping individuals understand both historical context and current challenges to foster meaningful change and resilience.
