Sandip is a Registered Psychologist and experienced Couple and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of mental health and relationship challenges. He supports children, adolescents, and adults, offering therapy for anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. Sandip holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Family Therapy, and a Master of Arts in Couple and Family Therapy.
With a strong interest in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex PTSD, and couple and family relationship concerns, Sandip takes a compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy. He draws on a wide range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Schema Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), the Gottman Method, Emotion Focused Couples Therapy, and Systemic Couple and Family Therapy.
Sandip is committed to supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and stays current with emerging research in the field. He is passionate about helping clients alleviate distress, strengthen relationships, and lead more fulfilling lives. Sandip is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA), and is a SIRA-accredited psychologist. He is also a Psychology Board Approved Supervisor.
