How many years counselling experience do you have?

With over 9 years of dedicated experience as a qualified counsellor and family therapist, I bring a wealth of expertise and compassion to my practice.

What is the most satisfying and fulfilling part of the work you do?

I find the most fulfilling part of my work is watching my clients grow and thrive. Seeing clients learn new skills and apply them to live happier, more fulfilling lives brings much meaning to my work.

What’s an example of a couple you have helped the most?

I worked with a client who came for counselling because of feelings of family rejection among other concerns. I workedwith the client individually to address these issues. Then we transitioned to family counselling to allow them all a safespace to openly discuss their thoughts, feelings and struggles and reflect on the experience.Through the family counselling process, we worked toward respectful and open communication, to gain a better understanding of each other and their perspectives and struggles.Together, they were able to repair their relationships and develop new and strong bonds as a family.
