    This Hart therapist has a deep interest in working with couples and individuals to explore the issues and concerns that they are living with individually and within their relationships. She believes building trust and creating a safe therapeutic environment is fundamental. She understands, exploring painful feelings, events, past hurts, memories and relationship distress, takes courage and vulnerability.

    She approaches her therapeutic work with high regard for her clients. Working from a non-judgmental, open, insightful, empathic space, drawing from Attachment Theory, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Self Compassion, Mindfulness and Neuroscience.  Her practice is client centered and trauma informed.

    This Hart counsellor is qualified with over 8 years’ experience. She specialises in relationship counselling and perinatal mental health. She has worked in community and mental health services providing counselling to individuals and couples. She is compassionate and warm, and works together with her clients to facilitate a deeper understanding, clarity – and acceptance of their patterns of behaviour, relationship dynamics, and core beliefs that can cause distress and struggles.

    She works collaboratively with individuals and couples helping them to navigate a broad range of issues. Some of these include; communication, grief and loss, coping with life’s transitions, perinatal anxiety and depression, self esteem, blended families, loss of connection and vitality, mismatched libidos and intimacy issues, separation, divorce, anxiety, depression and l.
