More About Sylvie

  • Over 7+ Years.

  • The most fulfilling part of my work is witnessing real connection begin to take root, when couples start to truly hear and understand each other, or when an individual reconnects with themselves more compassionately. I find deep meaning in helping people move from conflict or disconnection toward clarity, empathy, and emotional closeness.

Having experienced the transformative power of healing relationships in my own life, I feel honoured to support others as they find their way back to trust, intimacy, and emotional safety.

  • One example that stands out is a younger couple I worked with who were struggling with communication, something that was further complicated by undiagnosed neurodiversity in one partner. They cared deeply for each other but kept getting stuck in cycles of misunderstanding, frustration, and emotional withdrawal.

In our work together, we explored how each of them experienced and expressed emotions differently, and how neurodiversity shaped their communication styles, sensory needs, and emotional processing. As they began to understand these patterns with more compassion and curiosity, the tension between them started to ease. Sylvia speaks Hebrew and Russian.
