Talitha Newton is a warm and compassionate relationship therapist who brings empathy, insight, and real-life experience to the heart of her work. She understands that relationships can be both our greatest source of joy and our deepest source of pain—and she’s here to help you navigate both. Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed, Talitha creates a safe, supportive space where healing and meaningful change can begin.
Talitha holds a Master’s degree in Counselling and completed her clinical training at Relationships Australia. She works with both couples and individuals, helping clients rebuild trust, improve communication, and reconnect with themselves and each other. Her approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and deeply attuned to each person’s unique story and needs.
Using a blend of evidence-based methods—including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Attachment Theory, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—Talitha supports clients in exploring old patterns, shifting stuck dynamics, and developing tools to create more fulfilling relationships. She has a special interest in how early life experiences shape the way we connect, love, and protect ourselves as adults.
Clients often say they feel truly seen and safe in their sessions with Talitha. She brings a calm presence, a listening ear, and a strong belief that even in the most painful moments, growth and healing are possible. Her role is to walk alongside you—offering guidance, encouragement, and insight—as you rediscover your worth, deepen your connections, and create the kind of relationships you truly deserve.
