What are three strengths you have as a Psychologist/Counsellor?
    • Non-judgmental
    • Genuine
    • Supportive
What is the most satisfying and fulfilling part of the work you do?

When my clients walk away from therapy having achieved something they never thought was possible!  So many of my clients have come to therapy with their foot already halfway out the door. I love when clients are shocked by how beneficial therapy can be and realise we don’t just talk about their feelings for an hour…. there is so much more to therapy!
