Lee is a warm professional trained in counselling and nursing to help you be seen and heard to find clarity, overcome barriers, make change, plan , grow into a stronger more resilient you/couple. Working together to find ways for you to cope, improve and manage relationship difficulties, anxiety, stress, grief & loss, low self-esteem and medical/health issues.
Lee has worked for the last 3 years as a relationship counsellor, practicing within a framework of Client Centered Therapy, incorporating Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic theory and Mindfulness to achieve an individually tailored plan to support clients reach their needs and goals.
Lee has gained knowledge, skills and academic achievements in teaching, assessing and mentoring which are incorporated into her passion and interest in relationship counselling.
