Our Hart Psychologist is a fully registered Psychologist who shows genuine and empathic support/concern for her clients. She engages her clients in working collaboratively with her, with the aim of increasing their feeling of well-being and relationship satisfaction. She utilises various therapeutic frameworks to guide sessions with clients. Sessions are tailored to assess and address the specific needs and concerns of each client or couple, according to their unique situation.
Our Hart Psychologist draws from her many years of experience as a psychologist and teacher. In this time, she learnt that most people attend psychology sessions in order to express concerns about their significant others. Many times these conversations revolve around their lives, and the relating or lack of relating to these people.
