Along with the couple or individual Linda will explore and identify the main issues and concerns. Linda will tailoring specific counselling approaches that address the couples and individuals’ needs. Linda will also guide the relationship to move towards positive outcomes and implement tools that can be used for life.
Linda believes that at any moment in life, an individual can go through a season where life’s challenges feel insurmountable and one could be left feeling confused, alone and without resources to cope. From Linda’s professional experience in couples and individual adult counselling, relationship issues are often involved or impacted by these struggles.

Counselling approaches Linda utilizes include, but are not limited to, the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, The Couples Institute concepts, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Polyvagal Theory and Attachment Therapy.
