Cancellation Policy

For In-house appointments, in order to secure your booking, we require a $20 booking fee. This is usually in the form of a credit card, but any form is acceptable. This is deducted from the cost of the first appointment.
For phone appointments, payment is required for the first appointment at time of booking, and there is no booking fee.
If you need to change your appointment, because our Psychologist has set aside this time specifically for you, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice.
If you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment, and we can’t fill this appointment, you may be charged half the normal rate.
If you do not attend your appointment, and do not let us know, you will be charged the full amount for the appointment.
