    About Therapist

Dr Sarah-Jane is a registered psychologist experienced in working with the varied and at times complex problems that affect mental health, relationships and overall wellbeing. She works with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds and is committed to carefully understanding their unique concerns in order to support development and recovery.

With her knowledge of what creates a resilient, fulfilling, and connected relationship, she works collaboratively to build an effective therapeutic relationship, which is fundamental to bringing about meaningful change, and establishing more desired ways of thinking, behaving, and relating.

She works sensitively and thoughtfully to uncover what has contributed to developing problems and skilfully works through them to find new ways forward. She recognises the importance of the attachment system, and works to increase trust and security in relationships. She helps in supporting communication processes, deepening (intimate) connections, strengthening boundaries, and increasing emotional stability.
