    This Hart therapist’s life experience and comprehensive training in psychology, counselling, and psychotherapy, provide her with the knowledge and skills to assist you to explore, identify and understand the patterns of your behaviour. She sees her role as helping you to modify unhelpful patterns and offer support as you navigate change in order to live a healthier, happier, and more productive life.

    Using evidence-based approaches and interventions, she will individualise your therapy sessions in line with your goals and needs and reflecting your unique life experiences. Through mutual trust and collaboration, together you will find what works best for you, as she respects ‘you’ as the expert of your life.
