This Hart Therapist is a passionate and skilled therapist with a unique focus on the dynamics of sexuality. She blends her in-depth knowledge of sexology with her counselling and psychotherapy expertise. Her unique approach is tailored to appreciate and address the wide spectrum of human sexuality and its related challenges.
She is all about creating a warm, welcoming space where her clients can explore and overcome the complexities of
their relationships, intimacy issues, and sexual concerns. Her goal is to empower her clients, helping them build
strong, meaningful connections and guiding them toward the enriching relationships they long for.
Her journey into this field began in the world of midwifery, where she was deeply involved in guiding individuals through the life-changing phases of pregnancy and birth. These experiences sparked her fascination with how sexuality plays a key role in our overall well-being and in building strong, nurturing relationships.
Driven by a desire to understand the complexities of human sexuality, she has worked in various roles across the sexual health sector. Each role brought with it a wealth of stories and experiences, enriching her practice with deep empathy and a broadened understanding of the diverse challenges people face.
Recognising the need for a deeper academic foundation to complement her practical experiences, she furthered her education by completing a Master’s Degree in Sexology and a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy, studying under the mentorship of renowned academics. This combination of studies significantly expanded her insights into human behaviour and relationship dynamics.
