Working with people to improve their quality of life and make their lives more fulfilling. It’s amazing to see what a difference just making small changes can make for some people and to see how much building self-belief and having someone truly believe in them transforms their life.
In any long term relationship people start taking each other for granted, drift apart or stop growing together. I’ve worked with couples to help them reconnect again, to turn towards each other rather than away from each other and work on changing unhelpful patterns of communication and behaviour that they have developed over the years. It’s so satisfying to watch the love and appreciation between each couple grow back.
