I have a passion for wellness, using and practicing mindfulness in session and offer wellness coaching in relationships. My couples receive my wellness workbook which I give clients to help guide and support in introducing wellness into your lives. I offer and value kindness, honesty and respect when working with couples or individuals.

I am relationship/couples counsellor, practicing within a framework of Client Centred Therapy, incorporating Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic theory and Mindfulness to achieve an individually tailored plan to support clients reach their needs and goals.
