Lee believes counselling is being with each unique individual/couple building a therapeutic relationship through congruence, empathy and unconditional regard. Being present ensuring a safe environment to explore, discuss, understand and learn about ourselves and others to improve, renew and revitalise relationships with self and others.

    Lee is a warm professional trained in counselling and nursing to help you be seen and heard to find clarity, overcome barriers, make change, plan , grow into a stronger more resilient you/couple. Working together to find ways for you to cope, improve and manage relationship difficulties, anxiety, stress, grief & loss, low self-esteem and medical/health issues.
