These include psychodynamic and psychoeducation approaches, integrative behaviour couples therapy and emotionally focused therapy. Couples are active participants in the room with her, as she works collaboratively with them to empower them to find the best solution to suit their current situation. She helps couples make sense of what they are experiencing by feeling heard, understood, and be motivated to change for a positive and successful outcome.

She started her work by helping individuals and couples ease through complex parenting transitions, encompassing a range of issues including life transitions adjustments, parent and family relationship difficulties, and communication issues. Inspired by the immense satisfaction of affecting genuine change for her clients, she shifted her focus to an area she sees as the true heart of human life: creating and maintaining strong and satisfying relationships, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, cultural background or relationship status.

This Hart therapist is a fully insured and qualified counsellor, holding a Master of Counselling qualification specializing in couples therapy, a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and is a qualified pre-marital counsellor. She is constantly learning from her clients and they motivate her daily. She is driven by a deep desire to help transform the lives of others, and has witnessed how even the smallest of changes can lead to enormous improvements for the couples she works with.
