    Areas of Interest

I have found that over my 30 years of practice, that most if not all presenting issues either stem from a fear based platform or an environmental conditioning platform; Therefore, deviation from some form of trauma based therapy is infrequent or alternatively in the case of developmental issues narrative style style therapy may be more appropriate. In terms of comorbidity issues I tend to swing freely from one modality to another as the session progresses.

    About Therapist

With over 30 years as a counselling psychotherapist, Paul has the skills and expertise to  competently provide the most proficient and compassionate services to each of his clients. He has extensive experience working with a wide range of modalities on challenges effecting individuals, couples and families.

In his life time, Paul has participated in what it means to engage in change and what is involved in self-understanding.

The challenges people discover during their existence shapes individuals and are often a result of their unique past experiences, and when solutions are ineffective and can’t be integrated in life, causing unnecessary disruption and unhappiness; these may need to be explored in a therapeutic setting, which requires a sensitive and personalised approach.

He is an excellent communicator and collaborates with his clients throughout their sessions in terms of procedures and their evolvement. He invites to his services those who are looking to improve their overall wellbeing and existence, through a holistic and supportive platform in order to sustain a successful outcome.

Over the years, he has adapted several modalities that have been highly recognised in the therapeutic profession and is decidedly competent in applying the appropriate technique to suit your circumstances.
