    About Therapist

Sallyanne is a warm, kind, empathic and client focused psychologist. She has been practicing as a psychologist for 19 years. She has a wealth of experience working with couples and individuals, from teenagers to older adults. Her areas of expertise include: attachment and trauma, co-morbid mental health and adjustment to chronic illness.

She is passionate about helping couples who are distressed and despairing, find their way back to connection and then to successful lives individually and as a couple. She is trained in the use of the Developmental model, the Gottman model and Relational Life Therapy for couples, as well as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, ACT and EMDR, amongst other modalities.

Her clients appreciate the kind, supportive yet gently challenging environment she provides, enabling them to flourish in their lives and relationships.
