Adam is an Emotionally Focused (EFT), Psychodynamic, and Existentially trained Psychotherapist who works with individuals and couples. These approaches recognise that people are shaped through their relationships and that meaningful change often occurs within them. This includes how people relate to those close to them, as well as to culture, their past experiences, and their inner world.
Adam provides a therapeutic space grounded in compassion, curiosity, and steady focus. He works collaboratively with clients to develop greater awareness and clarity around their current life circumstances, thoughts and emotions, relationship patterns, and areas where they may feel stuck. He supports clients in connecting more deeply with their emotional and lived experiences and in discovering new ways of relating to themselves and others that feel more authentic, meaningful, and connected.
Adam has broad clinical interests, including systems and power dynamics, neurodiversity, desire and authenticity, embodied experience, and LGBTQIA+ identity.
