  • A couple in a committed relationship faced a crisis when one partner disclosed a career opportunity overseas. The other partner felt blindsided and expressed a lack of trust regarding their partner’s future commitment to the relationship. This led to an increase in unresolved conflict, causing significant distress. Their attempts to resolve these issues were unsuccessful, leaving them feeling hopeless and disempowered.

After many sessions with this couple, I was able to assist them in reconnecting. I helped them understand their patterns and attachment wounds, and provided strategies and tools for constructive communication and expressing their needs safely.
