Preeti brings a depth of experience to her role as a therapist with Hart Centre. She is trained in Gottman method couples therapy, family therapy, emotion focused couples therapy (EFT). Preeti draws on her clinical trauma training to ensure a trauma informed and trauma focused counselling process.
