Thais emphasises trust, respect, and empowerment in therapy. She creates safe spaces where clients can explore and heal, adapting evidence-based methods to each individual’s journey. Her focus on women’s wellbeing—including women’s health, sexual wellbeing, and the psychological aspects of domestic violence—is paired with her skill in supporting those managing life transition or addiction challenges.

Culturally sensitive and inclusive, Thais supports clients from diverse backgrounds and prides herself on an emotionally attuned, non-judgmental stance. Whether helping clients recover from trauma, process grief, manage addiction, or navigate change, she collaborates with compassion and skill. She is continuing her training to become a Clinical Psychology Registrar, reinforcing her commitment to clinical excellence.

Thais is currently in clinical training and sits under AHPRA oversight. She offers telehealth appointments and in-person sessions, providing accessible, professional, and empathetic care.
