HOW CAN YOU CHOOSE THE BEST THERAPIST TO HELP?
A relationship in trouble is a painful experience, and we understand that our clients want to process their feelings, resolve their issues, and get back on track as quickly as possible.
At The Hart Centre, we require all of our therapists to take part in our initial training as well as our annual in-house conferences, where we have relationship and marriage experts from all over the world share their wisdom.
There are two important elements to getting the best results from counselling. Firstly, the therapist must be experienced and knowledgeable in the field of relationships; and secondly, a good therapeutic relationship must be developed. Numerous studies show that the relationship between a therapist and client is one of the most important factors predicting successful therapy outcomes. This means that you and your partner feel supported and understood by the therapist.
To help you make this decision, we provide a detailed biography of each of our therapists on our website which details experience, qualifications, and therapy styles. This way you can feel confident that the therapist you are seeing is a good fit for you.
